Theresa Declercq Wins Crexi Top Broker Award

Theresa (Terry) Declercq was among the top 1% of brokers who were recently given the Crexi Platinum Broker Award of 2022. Commercial Real Estate Exchange, Inc. (better known as Crexi), is a commercial property exchange website where brokers can list and search properties for sale or lease. Crexi recognized Terry for her exemplary efforts in promoting and closing properties for lease.

THERESA’S BACKGROUND PUTS HER AT THE TOP OF COMMERCIAL REAL ESTATE LEASING

Terry has been a licensed real estate salesperson dealing in commercial properties for ten years. Prior to this, she spent nearly fifteen years at Westgate Village Shopping Center. Ten years of her time with Westgate she was the General Manager. Terry worked with many start up business owners to fill long vacant retail space at the shopping center. At the same time, she leased office space in the 100,000 sf Westgate Office Building.  

Using her knowledge of building and office layout and her network of licensed contractors, she was able to design office floor plans based on clients’ needs and coordinate and manage all aspects of the build-out process. Because of these experiences, Terry can speak to the needs of her clients in a unique way that puts her at the top of her field. 

Terry said in response to receiving her top broker award, “I really appreciate the attention given to my efforts.”
