Kyle Jurgenson is a Commercial Sales & Leasing specialist licensed in both Ohio and Michigan, serving clients across Northwest Ohio and Southeast Michigan. A Bedford native, Kyle brings hands-on experience, integrity, and a friendly, communicative approach to every client relationship. Kyle Jurgenson, a Bedford native, graduated from Bedford High School in Temperance, Michigan, and went on to study Landscape and Turfgrass Management at Owens Community College. Early in his career, Kyle worked with his father—an experienced commercial real estate broker and business owner—maintaining properties and gaining exposure to the real estate industry. In 2013, Kyle launched Proscape Landcare, providing landscape services to commercial and residential property owners, managers, and real estate companies throughout Southeast Michigan and Northwest Ohio. His business experience, paired with his interest in real estate, inspired him to pursue a career in commercial brokerage. Kyle began as an agent with Swisher Commercial Realty in Ann Arbor in 2020, then expanded his credentials with an Ohio real estate license in 2021, joining Miller Diversified Realty to serve clients across state lines. Through each role, Kyle has continued to build on a foundation of integrity, service, and client-focused problem solving.
