Jerry Miller is the Principal Broker, Vice President, and co-owner of Miller Diversified Realty, specializing in commercial and investment real estate throughout Ohio, Michigan, and Indiana. With a degree from the University of Michigan and training from The Ohio State University’s Real Estate Institute, Jerry is a licensed broker in Ohio, Michigan, and Indiana, as well as a licensed auctioneer. He holds GRI and CCIM designations and is an active member of several industry organizations, including the National & Ohio Association of Realtors and the Northwest Ohio Board of Realtors. Jerry is a recognized expert in the commercial and investment real estate industry. Jerry is a principal investor and manager of the Miller Investment Real Estate Fund, a private equity investment company. Since joining Miller Diversified in 1986, he has been an active participant in company management, with his primary focus on sales, leasing, and property management. With a company history and involvement in ground-up development, Jerry brings additional experience and perspectives to maximize real estate investment.

More than anything, I love spending time with the kids and grandkids. I have a passion for being in nature, and love to travel, hike, and camp. I own and operate a farm. I have been competing in triathlons each summer for the past 30 years. I also love music and play the cello.
Jerry and his firm have developed many commercial, industrial, and residential properties from the ground up, including the installation of infrastructure and build-to-suit leases.
