Andy Ferrara is a licensed real estate professional with experience spanning residential sales, project financing, and commercial land assemblage. His background includes two decades with the City of Toledo, where he played a key role in major projects like the expansion of the Jeep Stickney Avenue Facility and administration of the Neighborhood Stabilization Program. Andy’s knowledge in both private and public sectors equips him to serve a wide range of commercial and industrial real estate clients with strategic insight and dependable expertise.

Andy’s philosophy as an agent is to fulfill his duties as a fiduciary for his clients, whether they are owners or buyers, to ensure the transaction is in their best interest and proceeds as smoothly as possible, with a focus on job creation in the Toledo metro area.
Andy’s interests these days revolve around his family, including his wife of 53 years, four successful children, and 12 grandchildren ranging from a PhD candidate at the University of Minnesota to toddler twins. Andy also enjoys reading, with a focus on Jungian psychology theory and theological studies. His hobbies include golf, cooking, and the pursuit of proficiency on the alto sax.
