ABOUT THIS COMMERCIAL CONSTRUCTION PROJECT

Thayer Automotive has been a long-time repeat client of ours over the years. We’ve supported them through the construction of three new Honda, Toyota, and Nissan dealerships of which Honda was the first facility of its prototype in the region. We also served as a CMA for the renovation and addition to a fourth dealership, Chevrolet, which involved the showroom, service areas, and offices.

THE MILLER DIVERSIFIED CONSTRUCTION DIFFERENCE

Originally, the owner was looking for a general contractor. After meeting with us and understanding the advantages of the CM advisor delivery method, we moved forward on our first project together. We were delighted to see that the owner could easily see the value of this delivery method over the course of our work together. The client’s savings on the project exceeded MDC’s fees.
