Grand Rapids Fire Station

ABOUT THIS PROJECT:

This project required the construction of a pre- engineered metal building fire station with heated floors, tornado safe room, offices, full kitchen, safe room and 4 drive-through bays.

THE MILLER DIFFERENCE:

Miller Diversified’s planning is really what made all the difference in saving money for Grand Rapids Township on this fire / EMS station. We achieved cost savings through leveraging a pre-engineered metal building as the build solution, while delivering value where it mattered, such as implementing a heated flooring system which would de-ice and dry out the trucks more effectively in winter. The project ran smoothly, and the client was delighted with the outcome.
