Double A Trailer

This large-scale project for Double A Trailer consisted of a large logistics site on 17.5 acres. At the center of this project was the commercial building, which is 27,000 SF PEMB and houses a 15,000 SF shop area and 12,000 SF of offices and a warehouse. In addition to this main building, the Miller Diversified Construction team added a 3,500 SF PEMB detached garage building. This project also included a new commercial building for sales and maintenance of truck trailers, a large parking area, stormwater retention, landscaping and more.

This is an example of a project where Miller Diversified’s knowledge across all facets of commercial real estate allowed us to deliver our highest and best work to our client. The engagement with Double A first began when Miller Diversified Realty’s Jerry Miller was able to find the land for Double A Trailer that perfectly fit the needs for this project. This progress was a success despite some of the challenges, including a workaround for a sandy vein that ran through the property, and some supply chain issues. MDC’s team was able to navigate these challenges and provide alternative solutions as needed. Our team’s diligent site management saved the Owner money when we pinpointed an issue with paint color early on. The owner was delighted with the outcome of this facility.
