Biography

Terry has been a licensed real estate salesperson dealing in commercial properties since 2012. Prior to that time, she spent nearly fifteen years at Westgate Village Shopping Center, ten years as the General Manager. At Westgate, Terry worked with many start up business owners to fill long vacant retail space at the shopping center. At the same time, she leased office space in the 100,000 sf Westgate Office Building. Systematically, Terry implemented changes in areas of maintenance and repair, energy conservation, recycling, purchasing, construction upgrading and leasing that resulted in cost savings, increased asset value and high occupancy rates. Using her knowledge of building/office layout and her network of licensed contractors, she was able to design office floor plans based on clients’ needs and coordinate and manage all aspects of the build-out process. Terry spent seven months at Dunbar Mechanical as an Energy Consultant. She received extensive training in the energy audit process. During her time at Westgate, she was offered the opportunity to take OSHA safety classes at Dunbar. Because of these experiences, Terry can speak to the needs of her clients, many of whom are entrepreneurs.
